HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

The Human Resources function plays a key role in Synpulse APAC's growth story and will continue to pave the way for the upcoming milestone. As a HR Executive, you will have hands-on experience in supporting the end-to-end HR processes for the APAC offices. You will have the opportunity to meet various stakeholders to learn about the unique challenges that the function is facing in the consulting business. Through all this, you will fine-tune your research and analytical skills by creating and implementing strategies to make the function more efficient and productive.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the various recruitment channels (e.g. job portals, universities, headhunters) to maintain a steady flow of quality candidates
  • Coordinate the interview process to ensure an outstanding candidate's experience
  • Manage the administrative onboarding, mobility and offboarding processes of employees
  • Coordinate the Appraisal and Annual review processes in a timely manner
  • Organize local and overseas academy trainings for consultants
  • Support implementation of strategic HR initiatives and new policies in Asia Pacific
  • Keep HR files and datas up-to-date
  • Produce monthly reports to measure Recruiting and other HR processes' efficiency
  • Handle any other administrative matters (e.g. government related claims, time sheet approval, leave tracking, certification letters, ...)

Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a focus in HR
  • 2-5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Experience with recruitment in Technology &/or Banking sector will be an advantage
  • Experience with HR matters in Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, and other APAC region will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Singapore's labour law & regulations
  • Meticulous and ability to work in a face-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Engaging presentation and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Available within short notice
