Consultant/Senior Consultant, Risk & Compliance - Bank Culture

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, Risk & Compliance - Bank Culture, you will build knowledge on a wide range of companies and solutions, and play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.
 
Responsibilities:
You will function as a Project Manager/Project Management Officer whose main tasks include Steering Committee presentations, writing meeting minutes, coordination across different streams, and management of various stakeholders (e.g. Business Risk team, Markets, Business Managers, Compliance). The intention is to focus on Conduct Risk and Bank Culture within Markets Staff (i.e. through training, enhancing communication, and closer interaction with Markets), to develop risk awareness to Markets through workshops/conferences, to enhance risk transparency and conduct risk.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • 5-7 years of experience in Business Risk and Compliance in private banking and/or consulting roles
  • Strong Project Management and Project Management Office experience
  • Experience as a Client Advisor and/or HR and training will be an advantage
  • Good understanding of business rationales, and business/business risks key indicators such as controls frameworks
  • Experience in data analytics
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients (especially senior management) and colleagues to drive topics
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capable of applying technology principles to business
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
